THE EVENING
In the spirit of a modern-day embassy, the Founder's Lounge hosts a salon each month: a writer, a collector, a chef, a founder — one guest of honour, twenty seats around them, and a single subject worth an evening.
Nothing is recorded and nothing is repeated outside the room. Rare pours from the cellar, a cigar if the conversation calls for it, and the kind of exchange between cultures that built this district in the first place.
