EXPERIENCE Nº 01 — THE CONSUL

Gala Nights

Evenings composed like performances — and never repeated.

The Consul dining hall dressed for a gala

THE EVENING

Four times a year, the dining hall becomes a stage. The staircase is lit for arrivals, long tables are dressed in cream and gold, and Rong Supper Club composes a menu for one night only — served between live performances that move through the room rather than above it.

Each gala takes a single culture at the crossroads as its subject: its music, its table, its rituals. When the evening ends, the menu is retired and the theme is never staged again. If you were there, you were there.
