Bar Won's bench — built by the team behind Alice, Seoul, a mainstay of Asia's 50 Best Bars — opens to eight guests at a time. Two hours inside the craft: rare spirits, house techniques, and the story of 'won', the one that everything starts from.
Every class closes with a serve of your own: composed with the bartenders, named by you, and entered in the club's ledger — so the next time you take a seat at the bar, it is already yours.
